Shipping Options, Prices & Time

* Starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time of up to 4 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to our Shipping Policies .

* Orders must equal or exceed the amount shown after all discounts and coupons have been applied to qualify for the promotion.

* DHL Express shipping methods do not include Duties or Taxes. Duties and Taxes are subject to being collected at the time of delivery by your carrier.

What Shipping Options does Tuzkuz.com offer?

Domestic: We offer Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and Rush Shipping.
International: We offer shipping to Canada, UK, and most other countries.

How long will it take my order to process for shipment?

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Express orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

How long is your In-Transit Time to receive my package once my order has shipped?

In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to our Shipping Policy or the Shipping chart above. Tuzkuz.com is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.

My order is struck or not moving

Due to issues with carriers, you may see some delays in tracking updates on your order. My order still says it is waiting to be shipped There are two common reasons why an order’s tracking says that it has not been shipped. The order may have been shipped, but due to the destination distance of the shipment, the first scan might not occur for a couple of days after you’ve been notified that the package has shipped and your initial issuance of the tracking number. The order may have required additional processing time to complete the order, please refer to our Shipping Time Frames for more information on processing My order still says it is In Transit for a number of days Orders will remain in “In Transit” status until it reaches the next shipping hub. Sometimes, due to circumstances that are out of our control, packages may not have an updated scan for a number of days. If your package has remained “In Transit” for 7+ days since the most recent tracking update, please reach out to us to further investigate your issue. You can check the status of your order using our Track Order page.

International order stuck, held, or verification required

When making an international order, the destination country may require you to verify information about the order and the recipient. This is the most common reason that your order is not moving or held at customs The customer may be required to provide the shipper and/or country with an invoice/proof of purchase and/or ID verification. The “Tuzkuz.com Order Confirmation Email”, should be able to be used as your invoice/proof of purchase. Each country's shipping policies are subject to change and Tuzkuz.com would not be able to provide specific information on your country's policies or processes. If Tuzkuz.com notices that a package is not moving, Tuzkuz.com may attempt to proactively resolve these issues.

TUZKUZ.COM GIFT CARDS

Check gift card balance Want to purchase a gift card? You can purchase a gift card in convenient denominations that will be the perfect gift! No promotional discounts, coupons, or offers may be applied to purchase a Tuzkuz.com gift card. Gift Card funds are not transferable to an unauthorized third party or vendor. Gift cards are not transferable between our retail locations and online stores. We are unable to change the value of the gift card, once it has been purchased. We can not add or remove a gift card from an order after the order has been placed. Purchase gift card Already have a gift card? You can check the balance and status of your gift card on our Check Gift Card Balance page Can gift cards expire? No, Gift Cards have no expiration date. Tuzkuz.com may issue a non-purchasable special promotional e-card. These cards will have an expiration date. In this case, you will be made aware of this expiration date upon issuance. Can I get a refund or exchange for my gift card? Gift cards are final sale items and thus cannot be returned for refund or exchanged unless required by law. Can I apply a gift card to a past order? If you forgot to apply your gift card to your online order, regrettably, we would not be able to apply the unused gift card to your order once it has been placed. How can I purchase a physical gift card? Physical Gift Cards can only be redeemed in our retail locations throughout Southern California store locations. My gift card was lost or stolen You must safeguard your gift card for your own protection. It is within Tuzkuz.com's discretion that we may replace a gift card for the remaining balance at the time that a card is reported as damaged, lost, or stolen -- so long as we are provided with the original proof of purchase.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are sales specific codes that can apply to your order when you are checking out. If there is a site-wide sale, applying discount codes may not be allowed unless otherwise indicated. We cannot change or add a discount code after the order has been placed. Can I apply more than one discount code after I order? Only ONE discount code can be applied per order and can not be changed after the order has been placed. TIP: If the discount code applies to specific items in your order, you may want to consider applying that discount code to that order and place a second order to utilize a different discount code, but any applicable shipping fees will apply if opting to do this. Why isn't my discount code being accepted Discount codes are only available for a limited time. If the discount code is no longer available our system will not allow you to add it to your order.Discount codes may also not apply if the items in your cart do not match the criteria of the discount code. Can I request a discount code if I contact customer service? All the discount codes available to customers are found on our website. Customer Service does not have any discount codes that they can give to customers.

If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase. Regrettably, Tuzkuz.com does not have details as to why this happened and suggest you reach out directly to your financial institution for any details regarding your declined payment.

I WANT TO EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER

We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it! Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order including, but not limited to: Canceling your order or specific items Changing your billing or shipping address Changing payment method Changing shipping method Changing color/size of items(s) Addition or removal of item(s) Changing or adding a discount code Addition or removal of a gift card For whatever reason if you would no longer wish to keep your order, you are able to return your order after it has been delivered. In case of a return, please click on the button below to review our return policy and make a return. My order is being delivered to the wrong address, what do I do? Please check and ensure that your correct address is listed on your Fashion Nova account. You can navigate there by clicking or hovering over your account and then clicking MY INFO. Once you are on that page, scroll down to ADDRESSES and make sure to make corrections to existing addresses and/or delete old addresses. TK is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. TK can not change your address once your order has been processed.

I have a problem with my return

To ensure fast and accurate processing please use the Returns Portal before sending back your return. Orders sent without following this process will be delayed and may cause crediting issues. All returns will be refunded via gift card Due to the nature of our fast limited supply sourcing we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Didn't receive your gift card? Please make sure to check all folders including Spam on the email address associated with your order. If you lost access to your email you’ll need to contact us below with your order number, full name, and billing address.

Returned multiple orders in 1 package?

Please do not group returns like this in the future as it can cause major delays and incorrect crediting. It is up to the returns processing associate to locate your items manually for any order returned that was not done through our Returns Portal. In the case they missed an item please contact us and include the order number and item(s) missed. Received less credit than you expected? Upon receipt of your return our returns processing team inspects all garments for stains, holes, defects, and wear. If an item is identified as damaged, a 50% restocking fee will be reduced from your return amount.

Did you order using a BOGO (Buy One Get One) sale?

Here is how we calculate your credit. The easiest way to do this is to give you an example... Let's say you redeemed a BOGO for 2 items. One was a $15 item and the other was a $10 item. The $10 item in this case would be the item you got for free. But how we calculate it, is you got the $15 item for $9 and the $10 for $6 as the $10 discount is prorated across the 2 items. If you return the $15 item you will get $9 in credit. If you return the $10 item you will get $6 in credit. In every case, we prorate the discount across all applicable items in your specific order. Don't worry, we'll do the math for you.

How refunds work

Tuzkuz.com issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order: Is canceled by Tuzkuz.com One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect Tuzkuz.com will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately.

Do gift cards expire? No, Tuzkuz.com gift cards never expire and can be treated just like cash on our online store!

Why did I receive a partial refund after placing my order? One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed.

What happens if I use a gift card to pay for all or part of my order and some items were out of stock? The amount refunded will go back to the gift card that was used, any remaining balance will be returned to your other form of payment.

My order was returned to sender or refused Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card minus the initial shipping charge.

An order may be returned to sender for one of the following reasons:

An address is invalid or there is missing information, The carrier is unable to deliver your package, or The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Are we able to make changes to your order once they have been placed? No. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

Track my return

Once you have purchased a return shipping label through our Online Returns Portal and mailed your package, you can easily track your shipment through our returns tracking page. Please note that it can take 5-7 business days from the date your package is received at our distribution center for your return to be processed and a E-Gift Card to be issued. If you did not use our Online Returns Portal, please be sure to retain a copy of your return tracking receipt from the carrier used until your return is processed and your store credit has been issued.
